If the credit/debit card cannot be produced, alternatively a second payment can be made at check-in by a different method and the original card will be refunded.

If the card and cardholder will not be present, or if the cardholder has made the reservation on behalf of someone else, the hotel will require the following:

- Signed written authorisation.

- Copy of front & back of card.

- Copy of cardholder's ID

A fine of GBP 150 will be imposed on any guest who smokes on the hotel premises.

Sidney Hotel London-Victoria does not accept Virtual Cards as a method of payment.
